If you are not happy with the received product for any reason please return it, unopened, within 30 days of receiving for a full refund. We are unable to accept opened pots for refund unless the product is deemed faulty. Please enclose a copy of the receipt that you received with the order, failure to do this may result in a delay. Postage costs will also be refunded should the error be the fault of The Health Store, once a postage receipt is received. Any cost to send the receipt will also be returned.
